You have the right to return your purchase within a period of fourteen calendar days and without giving any reasons to do so (although we welcome your feedback). The cost for sending your purchase back will be on you, unless it is due to our fault (e.g sending you the wrong colour or size) or if there are any production errors to the product. In that case you should let us know as soon as possible and the cost for returning the goods will be on us. 

To exercise the right of return, you must notify ABSRB in an writing statement(e.g. by post, e-mail info@absrb.be or through the contact form on the website) about your decision to return your purchase. 

Within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you notify ABSRB of your decision to return your purchase, the product must be returned to ABSRB, Alfons Van De Maelestraat 43, 9320 Erembodegem (Belgium).

The direct costs for returning the product shall be borne by you. Only products that are unused, returned in the original packaging, along with all accessories, instructions and proof of order or payment can be returned.

ABSRB shall refund all payments received within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the return notification and will inform you accordingly by email.
